I have experience providing mental health services to adults, adolescents, children, and families in a variety of settings. Throughout my career, I have worked in community mental health programs, hospitals, psychiatric urgent care centers, residential treatment facilities, and schools. This experience enables me to understand the challenges people face and offer support.

EMDR THERAPY

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an evidence-based psychotherapy for treating trauma. It helps reduce unwanted, repeated recollections of disturbing life experiences.

Fees are based on the type and length of session. I offer individual and family therapy sessions in varying lengths to meet your specific needs. For current rates, please contact me directly. I am happy to provide detailed information and help you find the session structure that best supports your goals. Sliding scale feels are available and based on financial need.
